The completed conference registration must be received by Monday, August 3, 2009. Be sure and check with your local extension office for scholarship opportunities for this event.

The dog retreat will include speakers, a wide range of seminars and workshops, and time for 4-H'ers to relax, have fun, and get to know other dog lovers from around the region. The schedule has been created for active dog time and resting dog time so as not to overstress our four legged companions.

Parents are invited on Sunday afternoon at 12:00 PM for lunch with their 4-H'ers (you make reservations and purchase a lunch ticket) and to attend a dog show and exhibition featuring our 4-H'ers, trainers, volunteers, and their dogs. We'll also be holding a camp Dog Quiz Bowl Tournament. Ribbons and prizes will be awarded.

Don't miss all the fun at this very unique experience for those interested in learning how to get more out of life with their dog.
