4-H Paws N Pals Dog Retreat 2009

3 Fun packed days and 2 nights with your dog in beautiful Western Maryland. $150.00 per 4-H'er. $100 per chaperone. Out of county groups must be accompanied by at least one chaperone for every 10 4-H'ers. 4-H'ers 8-18 may attend. Retreat size is very limited. Your space will not be held until full payment is received. You can pay by check or PayPal. Deadline for registration is August 3, 2009.

Please fill out the information below to register for our 4-H Paws N Pals Dog Retreat. Please be very specific about the training your dog and child have taken. Retreat staff retain the right to refuse any dog prior to the event starting and may send a dog or child home during the event at their sole descretion. No refunds will be given. A separate online registration form must be filled out for each 4-H'er and chaperone attending. You do not have to have a dog to attend. You will receive an email with more information once your registration has been submitted. If paying by PayPal, you will be sent an invoice via email.
